How to Buy
IFsofas sells directly to trade and the public. All our products are made to order. From order confirmation we will advise lead times and prices. On standard products we expect a lead time of 6-8 weeks from order confirmation. Once an order has been confirmed we will issue an invoice. We accept payment by Bank transfer or Paypal.

We require a 50% deposit to process and put your order into production with the balance payable upon confirmation of delivery.

We will contact you to arrange a mutually agreed delivery date. It is the customers responsibility to ensure adequate access for delivery and to check the product for any defects or damage. We can ship our products internationally, please contact us for a quote.

We take pride in all our products being made to the highest standards and all our products are thoroughly quality checked before dispatch, however, once delivered and signed for, products cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged in transit. We must be notified within 24 hours of delivery to allow us to arrange collection. Goods must be returned unused.

All our products are made to order to your exact specifications. Should you need to cancel your order we require you to do this in writing within 4 days of initial order acceptance. Any period after the initial 4 days, order cancellations will mean the 50% deposit will be non-refundable.

We offer a five year warranty for the sofa frames. All other parts are guaranteed against normal wear and tear for one year.
